The parents receive a written report of their child’s progress twice a year. Informal evenings and an open day are held every year to enable parents to discuss their child’s progress. It is the policy of the School for close relations between parents and teachers to be encouraged.

Parents are invited to contact the School with any question or problem which may arise during the term. They are requested to telephone to arrange an appointment or see the Headmistress any morning before 9.00 a.m.

Admission

Once you have decided that Sycamore Hall is the most appropriate School for your child, application for enrolment should be made in writing to the Headmistress. Confirmation of acceptance will be given in writing.

Payment of Fees

Fees which are affordable, may be paid either on a termly, monthly or weekly basis. There can be no remission of fees in cases of absence except in special circumstances.

Termination of Attendance

A full term’s notice in writing must be given prior to the removal by parents of any pupil from the School, otherwise full recompense is due.

Nursery Assisted Places

The Nursery Assisted Grant can be apllied for through the school, to assist parents with their school fees for children aged 3-4 years and 4-5 years.
